Al-Mesalla Organization for Human Resources Development, a non-governmental organization (NGO), registered with both the Iraqi federal and Kurdistan Regional governments. Founded in 2004 in Baghdad, Al-Mesalla received legal registration in 2005 and soon after relocated its main office to Erbil.
